Questions we actually get asked
Is there really a free tier?
Yes. The Starter plan delivers up to 50 GB per month at no cost so you can put a real site behind the edge before deciding anything. We ask for a card only when you move to a paid plan.
How does billing work during the beta?
Onboarding is invite-based while we are in beta. You can build and test a zone for free; metered billing only starts once you flip the zone to production and stays paused until then.
Do you charge for cache misses to my origin?
No. You pay for what we deliver to your users. Fetches from your origin to warm the cache are on us.
Can I bring my own domain and certificate?
You can point any hostname at the edge with a CNAME and we issue and renew the certificate for you. Uploading your own certificate is on the roadmap for Scale customers.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing dramatic. Point your DNS back at your origin, and traffic stops flowing through us at the next TTL. There is no egress penalty and no exit fee.
