Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Utya CDN service operated on the utyacdn.com domain (“Utya CDN”, “we”, “us”). By creating a zone or otherwise using the service you agree to them. The service is currently offered as a public beta and may change.

2. The service

Utya CDN caches and delivers content from your origin to your end users through our edge network. You remain responsible for the content you serve and for the origin it is fetched from.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a zone that violates it or that threatens the stability or reputation of the network.

4. Beta service

During the beta the service is provided on an “as is” basis without an uptime commitment. Committed availability is offered only under a signed Scale agreement. We will give existing zones at least 30 days’ notice of material changes to pricing or terms.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly for delivered traffic. Cache-fill traffic from your origin is not billed. You can cancel at any time by removing your zones; there is no exit fee.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
