Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy keeps the network safe and reliable for everyone on it. It applies to any content or traffic you send through Utya CDN.

Prohibited content and activity

You may not use the service to distribute malware or phishing content; to host material that is illegal where you or your users are located; to send traffic that infringes others’ intellectual property; or to attack, probe or overload third-party systems.

Network integrity

Do not attempt to circumvent quotas, disrupt other tenants, or use the edge to disguise the origin of abusive traffic. We rate-limit and coalesce requests to protect origins and peers.

Reporting abuse

To report content or traffic that violates this policy, email abuse@utyacdn.com with the hostname and a description. We investigate every report and may suspend an offending zone.

Enforcement

We may suspend or remove a zone that violates this policy, with notice where practical and immediately where the network or a third party is at risk.
